What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the content of your message and, for leasing inquiries, your business details.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. Inquiries for a store are shared with that store, and leasing inquiries with our leasing team. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Job applications

If you apply for a vacancy through this website we collect the details you enter and the CV you upload. They are used only to assess your application for that position and are visible only to the people involved in recruitment. When a vacancy offers the choice, you can agree on the application form that we may keep your details for future vacancies. Applications are deleted once recruitment is complete, except for applicants who gave that agreement. Some vacancies send you to another website to apply; that website has its own privacy notice.

Website statistics

We count visits to understand which pages are useful. This is done without cookies and without storing your IP address in readable form, so it cannot be used to identify you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records, after which they are deleted.
